New Grants to Support School-Based Housing Stability Programs in Price Hill Elementary Schools

Stability at home is the foundation for success at school. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we have been awarded $125,000 in grants from the Greater Cincinnati Foundation and the Robert & Adele Schiff Family Foundation for our School-Based Housing Stability, part of our Tenant Advocacy program.

HOME's Tenant Advocacy program serves tenants in the greater Cincinnati area by providing information about tenants’ rights and emergency rent or utility assistance to maintain housing stability. With these grants, we will focus directly on supporting School-Based Housing Stability in Price Hill elementary schools—specifically Oyler, Roberts, Carson, and Mt. Airy—to connect families with essential housing stability services. This program plays a key role in strengthening housing stability, which in turn supports students' long-term educational success. To further this goal, we’re happy to continue our work with the Community Learning Centers at these schools, including Community Learning Center Institute and Learning Grove.

We thank the Greater Cincinnati Foundation and the Robert & Adele Schiff Family Foundation for their generosity in making these grants possible. Their commitment to supporting housing stability and educational success will make a meaningful difference in the lives of countless families in our community.
